Eating Disorder Therapy
Supporting your journey toward food freedom and self-acceptance
When your relationship with food or your body feels overwhelming, it can take up so much space in your life that little energy is left for the things you truly care about. You may recognize yourself in feelings of frustration with eating habits, guilt or anxiety around food, or the sense of being out of control when it comes to eating patterns. Many people also struggle with low self-esteem, constant self-criticism, or confusion about what a truly balanced relationship with food even looks like. These experiences are common, but they don’t have to define you.
Therapy for eating disorders offers a safe, supportive space to step away from shame and begin untangling these struggles. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface, exploring not just behaviors, but also the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that fuel them. My role is to walk alongside you without judgment, creating a space where you feel understood and supported, no matter where you’re starting from.
My Approach
I use evidence-based approaches that are flexible and tailored to your unique needs. That might include building practical strategies to navigate meals, working through body image concerns, or addressing the deeper emotional patterns that keep the cycle going.
Recovery doesn’t happen overnight, but step by step, therapy can help you feel more grounded, more trusting of yourself, and more at peace with food and body.
What you can expect in our work together is more than symptom relief. It’s the chance to rebuild trust with your body, strengthen your sense of self, and create space for joy and connection outside of food and appearance.
Change is possible, and with the right support, you can move toward a life that feels freer, fuller, and more aligned with who you are.
