With over a decade of experience, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate eating disorders, anxiety, depression, caregiving challenges and more. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re facing challenges like anxiety, depression, or navigating a difficult relationship with food and body image. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, burnt out, or unsure where to begin and I want you to know that you’re not alone in that struggle.
